Mudjacking basics

A provider drills small holes in the slab, pumps material beneath the concrete, and uses pressure to lift the slab toward its original position. The holes are patched after the lift.

What affects fit

Slab thickness, cracking, soil condition, drainage, nearby structures, and the amount of settlement all matter. Foam lifting may be preferred for some projects where weight, speed, or access matters.
